ACSI Art Festival
Jupiter Christian School will host the Sixth Annual ACSI Art Festival on Friday, May 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Twelve schools will be represented at this year's festival and their work will be displayed in the Dr. Pepper Student Center. JCS family and friends are invited to stop by on Thursday, May 1, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for a special Artist's Opening. Special events for elementary students on Friday will include awards, sidewalk art, face painting, and snow cones. Don't miss performances by the elementary choir and dance team, and a special guest children's book illustrator. Festivities will take place in the courtyard.
Spring Bling ~ Girls Night Out
Jupiter Christian School invites you and your friends to our annual spring bazaar, entitled "Spring Bling ~ Girls Night Out" being held on Thursday, May 8, from 5:00 to 9:30 p.m. in the JCS Roberts Family Gymnatorium. Local vendors will be present to offer unique items for Mother's Day gifts, weddings, birthdays, graduation, and teacher gifts. A five dollar donation will be collected at the door (includes a beverage and one raffle ticket). We will also have local authors signing books.
Barnes and Noble Bookfair
Do you want to get a jump on your required summer reading? The elementary summer reading lists will be unveiled at our Barnes and Noble Bookfair, located at their store in Legacy Place, on Friday, May 9, beginning at 6:00 p.m. There will be display tables for JCS parents to find these books quickly and easily. Elementary principal, Mr. Bill Vorlicky, and Varsity football coach, Mr. Bill Powers, will be our guest readers at 6:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. respectively.
JCS will benefit from all purchases made during this event but you must use a voucher, which can be downloaded here. Use one for yourself and give two away to friends and family. If you can not stop by on Friday evening, you may use the vouchers (or just mention Jupiter Christian School) any time Friday through Sunday and the school will still benefit from your purchases.
